Design The Vogue spring/summer 2011 collection features “Kate’s Favorites”, which represents a selection of four sunglasses and two optical frames that were chosen by the model. Well, this is not the first time Kate Moss is involved in the design process, since she has already worked on various collections.

The Vogue eyewear brand presents its new campaign featuring the iconic English model Kate Moss. The ads, which bring the message “She’s in fashion”, showing preferences for Kate, have inspired the glamorous lifestyle of Hollywood and show a range of glasses with references to the past, citing specifically the 70′s, with innovations in colors, shapes and styles from sophisticated to there.
The images were made in London by trendy photographer Mario Testino for the 2011 summer collection of brand, available in Januaryin the the best optics of Brazil.

Martin Lawrence wears a pair of Vogue eyeglasses in the 2010 comedy Death At A Funeral. The Vogue logo can be spotted on the temples, but the exact model of these eyeglasses is unknown. They look like the Vogue 2498, but the shape near the temples and the thickness of the arms are different.

Summer is starting and it’s time for some new sunglasses. The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Luxottica have teamed up with designers Devi Kroell, Kara Ross and Matt Murphy to create a limited edition Vogue Eyewear Collection. The collection marks the first time that each of these designers has designed sunglasses.

Shown above are the Devi Kroell Whip sunglasses. The Whip has a modern safari look with a snakeskin texture in a creamy ivory shade with gold-toned mirrored lenses and metal accents on the nose bridge. Two more designs and a video after the jump.

The Neo from New York City-based designer Matt Murphy was inspired by sleek curves and the jet-black body of a race car. The sunglasses have gradient lenses, metal details and silver racing stripes.

The Infinity from Kara Ross riffs on some of the looks seen in her jewelry and exotic handbags. The Infinity frame has a square-edged tortoiseshell acetate frame while the feminine shape of the infinity link with matte gold detailing balances out the angular oversized frame.
